What if you could manage many of your core contact center objects right alongside your source code? What if you could build and deploy your contact center stack using the same CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipeline you use for managing your application deployments? You can. CX as Code is the new Genesys Cloud DevOps tool that will enable you to declaratively define key contact center objects like call flows, queues, integrations and data actions in a human readable, plain text files that can be checked into your source control system and deployed along with your application code. In this presentation, John Carnell, will show you how to take an entire Genesys Cloud architect flow along with all of its dependent objects and use CX as Code, Archy (our Genesys Cloud architect flow import/export tool), and Terraform (the DevOps tools CX as Code is built on) to deploy with one command an entire call center application. John will share some of his learnings from using CX as Code with Terraform, provide guidance on when (and whether) you should consider using CX as Code within your own organization and then review whats coming next with the CX as Code toolset.
