Add in any vegetables (green onions, scallions, carrots, cabbage, etc) Add in all the seasoning (gochujang, pepper flakes, sesame oil, sugar, etc) Mix and let simmer until sauce is thick and tteok is soft, adding water a little at a time as needed. Add in fried tofu and quail eggs (if you are using these). Mix in scallions and serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Royalty-free music: Joker Instrumental (danosongs.com)
