Ingredients- For Koftas (dumplings)- cottage cheese/Paneer-1/2 cup dried milk /khoya- 1/2 cup corn flour - 2tbsp gram flour- 3-4 tbsp Salt- 1/2 tsp spinach- 1/2 cup chopped sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) -A pinch water 2-3 tbsp or according to requirement oil- for frying the koftas Ingredients for gravy- spinach - one bunch(500 gm) blanched and pureed onion-3-4 medium sized( pureed) tomato- 3-4 medium( pureed) ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp green chillies 2-3 paste or finely chopped fresh cream- 2 tbsp whole garam masala- 2-3 bay leafs, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, maize -little bit ;cumin seeds-1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 sticks Coriander powder- 2 tsp salt -1 tsp or according to taste turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder !/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves-(kasoori methi)-A generous pinch.................................................................................................................................
