We're talking about 👇 Zucchini Pappardelle Pasta 🤩 👉 But we don't just have a delicious recipe for you today, we also have a little game 😉 👀 Watch the video and see if you notice a misspelled word❗ Hint: It is 1️⃣ word that is misspelled 7️⃣ times The first person to figure it out will receive a prize 🤗 Comment below what you think the word is! 💚 Ingredients about 2 cups of sliced mushrooms 4 large zucchinis 1/2 of an onion 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp thyme 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 💚 Directions Using a knife, carefully cut the zucchini into ribbons and place it into a colander Chop the onion to your preference Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan and add the mushrooms, garlic, and onions Mix ingredients in the pan together and sauté until mushrooms and onions are soft Then add thyme and salt + pepper to taste and mix everything together Add the greek yogurt and parmesan cheese to the mixture, making sure to coat all of the ingredients Finally, add the ribboned zucchini to the pan and fold it into the mixture Continue to cook for about 5-10 minutes (longer if desired) Add to a plate and sprinkle with parmesan and WAHLA!
