Pour 100ml of milk over the suji. c. Mix the suji and milk together until well combined. 2. Cooking Akhroti Suji Ka Halwa: a. In a pan, heat 150ml of ghee over medium heat. b. Add 3 to 4 cardamom pods to infuse their aroma. c. Introduce 500g of sugar into the ghee and cardamom mixture. d. Gradually add the suji and milk mixture to the pan. e. Mix the ingredients well, ensuring they are thoroughly incorporated. f. Continue stirring and cooking until the halwa turns a beautiful golden brown color. g. Add a generous amount of walnuts to the halwa, allowing their rich flavors to infuse. h. Let the halwa cook for approximately 20 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld together. i. Transfer the aromatic halwa to a serving bowl. 3. Garnishing and Serving: a. Garnish the halwa with additional walnuts, creating a delightful visual appeal. b.
