The Following Video is a continuation of my series on Classical German Philosophy and German Idealism with Dr. Corey W. Dyck who is the acting Graduate Chair in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, in Canada. Dr. Dyck navigates us through a detailed discussion of the Life and Philosophy of the German Philosopher Christian Wolff (1679-1754). Dr. Corey W. Dyck specializes in the history of German philosophy, with an emphasis on the eighteenth century. His most recent research has focused on issues in metaphysics and the philosophy of mind in the period from Leibniz to Kant, in addition to recovering the contributions of women and under-represented groups to German philosophy in this period.
