Hello! Here I show you the linocut of “Luck”. A two layer linoleum, in gradient green and black. Printed on manufactured cotton paper approximately size of 29 x 45cm and print area 23,5 x 40cm. The idea for this design came to me at that moment when you are waking up... from a deep sleep. Here is the summary: A rabbit, tired of his unhappy life, decided to amputate his own leg to use it as an amulet to attract good luck. The same leg that had kept him tied to a stake his entire life. He was overjoyed at the feeling of freedom, not caring how much he bled. However, the paradox of finding liberation by losing a part of himself filled him with mixed emotions. This print should be called “Causation”, but out of respect for this rabbit's beliefs, I called it “Luck”. I hope you enjoy it!🫶 I also just launched my website https://milinoink.com .
