The only other video comparing a Prophet 5 and 6    • Dave Smith Instruments Prophet-6 vs S...   The back story which was which was edited from the video is The Prophet 5 was out of the repair shop and when we got around to shooting the video some months later when we turned it on, It wouldn’t turn on… then the presets didn’t load. Thankfully the P5 came on after being turned on for 10 minutes (also edited from video) The glamour of vintage gear nobody often talks about, is that it often ends up in the shop. As we were not even sure if it was going to load presets the video had no prep time nor proper level matching as she often just shuts off… no mic was set for our blabbing, that came straight off the camera. If I get enough requests the raw audio straight from the synths can be uploaded. This video includes both the direct feed from the two boards into a daw and the camera audio.
