But let’s talk details… The Always Pan Pro is a high performance and non-stick pan that is the first non-stick to be coating free and made without PFAS. It’s fully-clad, and built with a triple ply construction. It has a stainless steel mirrored exterior, aluminium core for quick heating and a titanium interior. The titanium on the inside is 300% harder than stainless steel so it can go up to 535 celsius. The pan comes with a Beechwood spatula that nests on the handle of the pan where the little notch is cut out. In terms of cleaning, it’s dishwasher safe which I absolutely love, and you can use metal utensils in the pan, too, which means not having to buy silicone or wooden spoons, spatulas etc that you don’t already have. The long handle and knob on the lid are supposed to stay cool on the stovetop but even after short use, they do heat up, so be extra careful and don’t risk not protecting your hand when picking up the lid or the pan. Lastly, I give my final feedback based on the price, the pan's qualities and whether I think it’s worth it to buy (tldr: It's a great pan, but depends if you are looking to replace multiple pots & pans or if you want a set - also depends if you prefer non-stick or not!).
