Insights IAS extends its hearty congratulations to Mr. Rajesh Mourya for securing AIR 367 in the 6th attempt. He had sociology as his optional subject. Hailing from a small village in the district of Jaipur & coming from humble beginnings, Mr. Rajesh teaches us the value of a firm resolve and the magic of hard-work & perseverance! We salute him for his grit & sheer determination. Failures didn’t deter him, they only strengthened his resolve. He did his schooling from Navodaya Vidyalaya & completed B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He was employed for 3 years at Coal India. He failed to clear prelims in his first 2 attempts, then failed to clear Mains in the next 2 attempts. But he never gave up! He cleared the 5th attempt (service in AFHQ [Armed Forces Headquarters]). He secured AIR-367 in the 6th attempt. Mr. Rajesh is a role model & Insights IAS is proud of him!
