I wouldn’t live here if the pros didn’t outweigh the cons – but it’s worth noting that there are a few things that people don’t like about living here. CONS: PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - Las Vegas Nevada has no kind Metro but still there are public buses in Las Vegas Nevada that you can use but do they get you really around the city. YEARLY CAR REGISTRATION - In Las Vegas Nevada, you have to register your car every year, yet it’s just a one time thing in a year in Las Vegas Nevada. PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS- In Las Vegas Nevada, out of 50 states we’re still ranked in 48th - yet I believe we will still thrive. WEATHER - During the month of July-August, the weather in Las Vegas Nevada can go crazy; it’s around 103 degrees outside right now. So make that weather in Las Vegas Nevada into consideration when moving here, but again, there are a lot more to offer in Las Vegas Nevada compared to that CON. TRANSPORTATION TRAFFIC- In Las Vegas Nevada, traffic is not that crazy, but yes, during busy hours like 3:30 to after 6, there will be sort of like a heavier traffic. But then again this is not LA, it’s not New York City, the traffic is not like Paris, it’s Las Vegas Nevada. ORANGE CONES/ CONSTRUCTIONS - In Las Vegas Nevada, every 5-10 years we’re building something up so forth and so on, we don’t have that much of older homes in Las Vegas Nevada; we’re redoing the road and other some infrastructures, there are some who are patient but there are A LOT of oranges cones in Las Vegas Nevada area. VICES AND ADDICTIONS- In Las Vegas Nevada, the city is not sleeping 24/7; just constantly check with your friends and family. Las Vegas Nevada is not a place to play around with (if you know what I mean) but a place to live in. HOMELESS PEOPLE - There are some homeless people in the downtown and freeways; our homeless people population are increasing. We have tunnels here in Las Vegas Nevada, there are some homeless people living in there, please just be extra careful. PROS: 24/7 ALIVE - Las Vegas Nevada is a city that does not sleep; if you need anything or something to eat in the middle of the night; you can always find a lot of venues to choose from that are open 24/7. ENTERTAINMENT CAPITAL OF THE WORLD- but we have everything here, literally everything about entertainment. Our sports are also incredible and superb, we have Las Vegas raiders, Vegas golden nights, baseball team in Summerland, women’s basketball, F1 formula racing happening in Las Vegas and etc. NO INCOME STATE TAX - no state income tax in Las Vegas Nevada, great for business and for people who apply it to themselves, that means that more money are coming back to your pockets. THE COST OF LIVING- In Las Vegas, yes the prices have gone high up, prices have gone up and even home prices, and gas prices; but you can still get great homes at an average of $485,000 in Las Vegas Nevada. LOCATION - Our location is very fantastic because we can just go LA, Pom Spring, California and other parts of California, Phoenix, we do have an international airport as well quickly. Move to Las Vegas right now!!!
