UP Viral Video | On Camera, Teacher Tripta Tyagi tells students to hit 8 year old Muslim student

A shocking video has emerged from Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, in which a school teacher now identified as TriptaTyagi can be seen exhorting students to hit their year old Muslim classmate. She references the word 'Mohammadan' which means Muslim. On the video, a man can be heard laughing and the child sobbing, as the teacher tells her students 'Aur-Maro, Zor Se Maro" India's Child Rights Panel has instructed media to not carry the video because of which we can only summarise its contents. This, they say, is to protect the identity of the child victim. We are however displaying an image of the school teacher In a statement the police say the teacher wanted to say that Muslim mothers who do not pay attention the homework of their children are hurting their interests but do not as of now explain how and why the child was hit or why a Muslim child was singled out. The opposition has widely shared the video and demanded answers.
