A member of the Black Dragon clan with superhuman speed, Kabal has been a recurring antagonist while remaining one of series' most popular characters. Kabal made his debut in Mortal Kombat 3 and has been a recurring playable character. He returned in the franchise's reboot, this time as a supporting character. Kabal returned in Mortal Kombat 11 as a playable character while returning as an antagonist in the game's Story Mode.
