After completing each mainline game as each character and shot type, and reading all manga, books, manuals, CDs, and interviews that were available in multiple translations, this video strives to be a complete, accurate, English compilation of the main relevant events in the Touhou Series as close to confirmed canon as possible. Additional information will be displayed on screen, but it is strictly supplementary, so feel free to just listen to this video as a podcast and alter the speed if that’s more your thing (there are a lot of names though, so it might get confusing.) (Also, I apologize for any frequent pausing that may occur due to text on screen, I tried to make it manageable. If any info is wrong, I will scream, as this took months of constant daily research. I also do my best to avoid mentioning anything to do with game endings when I can, as to respect ZUN’s wishes. They usually aren’t too plot relevant anyway. If a notable incident occurs in between games, like in the manga for example, I tie them to the game that’s closest to it in the timeline.
