Driveway cleaning: pretreating and post treating. (Oddly Satisfying)

Why We apply pretreatment and post treatment during driveway cleaning. Pretreating allows the chemicals to eradicate the algae in the concrete pores and surface. This will allows us to use lower pressure when using our surface cleaner to prevent any etching on concrete. Dwell time 5-8 minutes. After we rinse the concrete free of debris, we apply our Post treatment to get deeper in the pores to prevent tiger strips (algae growth that wasn’t completely removed). Finalize with a proper rinse and the concrete will brighten up and look refresh after job completion. Uneven color is due to the magnesium (dark grey spots) or vanadium (reddish stains) during the concrete pour. Unfortunately that is due to a bad concrete mix and pour. More visible when concrete is wet
