Solo Hike to Highest Point in the North York Moors!

#hiking #outdoors #adventure Here we go, a new series! So, after Scafell Pike I thought there must be the highest point in every area of the UK. Which brings me on to todays video. I have decided to go to the highest point in every area of the UK, which includes national parks and protected areas. I have already done the Lake district so now I have gone for the North York Moors, Round Hill which is 454m high. This was an easy hike following the Cleveland Way to the Round Hill monument in the Urra Moor. The view was great, being able to see the Wainstones, Roseberry Topping and Captain Cooks. The hike was just short of 5 miles, straight up and straight down but I don't mind as I have a nice hot chocolate and some food at the top. Now I am 2 down with plenty more to go, lol. Use this trail as a guide of where to park as the trail doesn't go to the Round Hill but this is what I used, see below.
