Exercising is one of my favorite hobbies. I've made a detailed video on the topic in a previous video. After breast augmentation (implants under the muscle), women can resume all exercises and activities as normal. This includes weight training, to crossfit, to martial arts. There are a few exercises that I feel will cause problems eventually in the long run. These are specifically bench pressing, flys, and dips that are done to strengthen the chest muscle. With repetitive chest training like these exercises, the strong chest muscle will inevitably push the implant to the side of the chest. This malposition is an indication for lateral fold reconstruction. I strongly feel this can be easily avoided by just not training the chest for the purpose of strengthening. So other than these three exercises, I have no limitations to women exercising. Hope you learned something!
