Houston's 101 KLOL Talent N Texas Volume 1 - 1981 - Local Music Compilation LP

The first Talent N Texas LP, put together by the staff of Houston's 101 KLOL in 1981, was compiled from a list of bands who submitted demo tapes to the station. The tapes were judged by the radio station staff, and 10 winning bands got to record their song in a professional studio for inclusion on the album. A second Talent N Texas LP was released the following year.
