Watch the full recording of the first of its kind un-conference for Pharmacists in clinical research, hosted by RxE2! This participant-driven event where the agenda is created by attendees, encourages open discussion, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas, providing a flexible and informal way for pharmacists interested in clinical trials to connect and learn. The main theme explored how community pharmacists can impact clinical research and improve patient access within their communities. We discuss how community pharmacists can get involved in clinical trials, enhance patient outcomes, solve industry challenges, and create additional revenue streams for their pharmacies. Featured Sessions and Speakers Include (all times ET): Welcome by Gerald Finken, CEO of RxE2. Gerald Finken is a licensed pharmacist with over 40 years of experience who founded RxE2 to bring the practice of pharmacy to clinical trials. Ethical aspects of Clinical Trials with Dr. Donald Miller, Professor Emeritus, School of Pharmacy at NDSU. Dr. Miller has published over 80 journal articles and helped organize clinical trials in rheumatology. Patient referrals – how pharmacies can facilitate referrals with Marc Ost, co-owner/CEO of Eric’s RX Shoppe and Community Pharmacy Services. The vision of CTRP® and pharmacists trust unit with Gerald Finken, CEO RxE2. Gerald Finken pioneered Clinical Trial Research Pharmacist (CTRP®) services.
