This video is for medical students and focuses on "The Big Three" of cutaneous malignancy: squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and melanoma! I'll go over the pathophysiology and clinical and histologic findings. Of particular interest, this video shows images of these lesions in a wide variety of skin types, from lightly pigmented to darkly pigmented individuals, which will help you recognize these neoplasms in your patients. Delay in diagnosis can lead to higher stage disease and worse prognosis. References: Gloster HM Jr, Neal K. Skin cancer in skin of color.
