I got a chance to bring my family to this beautiful place in Dominican Republic called Saltos De Jima. It's located on the outskirts of Bonao City. Dominican Republic has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world like Bayahibe, Punta Cana and of course my favorite Saona Island. Unfortunately what most people don't realize is that this beautiful island also has some of the most beautiful rainforest, countryside, farmland, and natural reserve parks in the Caribbean. Making it a perfect Island destination to enjoy amazing ecotourism. In this video we tour this Caribbean rainforest. Saltos De Jima is a picturesque Natural Monument Park Reserve perfectly nestled between the mountains in the middle of Dominican Republics Rainforest. It's about an hour and twenty minute drive from the capital city of Santo Domingo and about an hour drive from Santiago De Los Caballeros. Saltos De Jima is a hikers dream, filled with swimming holes and perfect waterfalls. If you visit Dominican Republic, Saltos De Jima should be on your list of places to visit. Coming here has made our vacation in the Dominican Republic a great experience. This is my new favorite place, and in the future when we visit DR we have to make sure and stop by Saltos De Jima again. Hopefully, you enjoy this video!
