Tasty KovakkaThoran/Ivy Gourd stir fry !!!

Ingredients: Kovakka 500grms Green chilly 4nos Shallots 10-12nos Garlic 8-9 nos Curry leaves Coconut grated 3 tbsp Coconut oil 2tbsp Mustard 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2tsp salt As per taste Method of preparation: Chop all ingredients kovakka shallots garlic and green chilly into small pieces. Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in apan. Splutter 1/2 tsp of mustard . Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder into the oil. When nice aroma of turmeric came add all chopped ingredients into the pan. Add salt as per taste. Mix well and cook with closed lid in low flame. After 5 to 7 minutes open the lid check whether cooked or not. If not cooked cook again with closed lid. Else fry it withlid for 3 mints . Add 3tbsp of coconut grated mix well. stir nicely for about 3 mints . Now thoran is reday to serve.
