The Roland MSQ-700 Midi sequencer has a very quirky quantization. Set the quantize to 16ths or 8ths and what comes out is chopped, moved around and definitely not what you'd expect. And that is a beautiful way of creating something new. I love this about the MSQ-700. Primitive AI quantize.
