This is my recording of a resident participation meeting for a proposed development at 715-717 E Huron St in Ann Arbor. The meeting was held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the Downtown Branch of the Ann Arbor District Library. The meeting was led by an owner of the property and a representative from Miller Johnson. From the meeting notice: 715-717 East Huron Street, LLC would like to allow the public the opportunity to express any comments or questions they may have related to the requested rezoning of 715-717 East Huron Street from PUD (restricted to office use) to R4C Multiple-Family Dwelling District, to allow the buildings to be reverted back to residential apartments.
