Lets talk Munich. This is the second gig I've uploaded to this channel that was the last gig before a band split. Every Nirvana fan and their mother knows what happens after March 1st, so I don't need, or want, to cover it. I think this gig isn't terrible, but it's got its problems. Kurts vocals are strained, especially during Heart-Shaped Box where he goes low during a chorus not to fuck with the audience. Come As You Are is aborted due to a power failure but thats not really an issue that bugs me. Opening with The Cars covers is fun, and I'm a little obsessed with their rendition of My Best Friends Girl. It's cheeky and fun. Smells Like Teen Spirit is omitted. It was also omitted during the Ljubljana show on the 27th. I think at this point in time, Kurt was just trying to get off stage. Give the people what they want and get out. Gig isn't even 85 minutes if you subtract The Cars openers. It's a very lean setlist compared to the French gigs. This is just an audience recording. There is no pro-shot audio being used for the first 10 minutes. I have them, but my system completely crashed and I was literally about to export the project before it happened. A good 30-45 minutes of work gone. I'm not patient enough to go back and do it all over, so audience recording with pitch and speed correction it is.
