It is available in only 1 variant and 2 colours. The KTM RC 125 is powered by 124.7cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 14.75 bhp and a torque of 12 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, KTM RC 125 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This RC 125 bike weighs 162 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.7 liters. The KTM RC 125 receives heavy updates for 2022 in the styling, features and mechanical departments. With a completely new bodywork that has been inspired by the KTM RC8, the RC 125 might look less sharper but is seemingly more aerodynamic than before. It sports a bubble type visor along with re-designed fairing and fuel tank. The distinctive twin projector lamps have made way for a single halogen unit with the turn indicators fitted on the fairing. Even the sub-frame has been tweaked and the pillion seat is now flatter and more spacious. All of the revisions to the bodywork have resulted in a 3.4kg weight reduction, even though the 2022 RC 125 gets a bigger, 13.7-litre fuel tank. OLD KTM RC 125 Highlights The RC 125 – the fully-faired version of the naked 125 Duke – takes its design inspiration from the company’s Moto GP machine, the KTM RC16. No prizes for guessing, then, the RC 125 shares its mechanicals and cycle parts with its naked sibling. Getting back to that snazzy Moto GP inspired design, there are twin projector headlamps up front, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs on the chin and a windscreen on top. On the side, the sculpted fuel tank boasts the RC 125 badging while the instrumentation has been carried over from its abovesaid sibling. Exterior Details The RC 125 grabs its styling inspiration from the racing champ, the RC16. As for the exterior dimensions, the RC 125 is 1,977mm in length and 835mm in saddle height. The supersport KTM has a ground clearance of 157mm and a kerb weight of 154.2kg. Lastly, the small Duke has a fuel tank capacity of 9.5-litres. Engine & Transmission The KTM RC 125 features the same 124.7cc powertrain that powers the Duke 125. The throttle response from this engine is quick, and as it just makes 14.3bhp and 12Nm of torque, there is swiftness and agility in the way the RC 125 accelerates. The six-speed gearbox is smooth and the engine is vibe-free for the most part. The KTM RC 125 mileage, as per the manufacturer, is 35km/l.
