After diagnostic #Hysteroscopy done by under vision entering inside the uterine cavity gently, systemically mapping was done to visualize left tubal ostium, left lateral wall, fundus, arcuate uterus at the fundus, right tubal ostium, and right lateral wall and #submucousfibroid arising from the posterior uterine wall. Cervix was dilated and through operating channel #hysteroscopicmorcellator from #SmithNephew company, introduced inside the uterine cavity. Mechanism of the tip of the terminal part goes to and fro oscillating tip was kept towards the fibroid side and morcellation started. During the procedure capsule of fibroid was kept intact and only part of fibroid was morcellated. The Morcellated part of fibroid bits was sucked out in the bottle simultaneously, which keeps the field of operative field clear to morcellate further. Normal saline was used as a distension medium and even intramural part of fibroid can be morcellated without affecting surrounding endometrium or myometrium is a unique advantage if hysteroscopic morcellator.
