A little video I made of the Parachute Regiment. Although the days of large scale parachute assaults are over, the Paras are the UK's number 1 quick reaction force for the entire world - from Sierra Leone to Afghanistan, these guys have seen action in every single UK conflict since the second world war. Their selection is the hardest outside of special forces, consisting of a 10 mile run with a 35 pound bergen and rifle, the Trainasium, the 60kg log race over 1.9 miles, the two mile march with 35 pound bergen and rifle in 18 minutes, the steeplechase (1.8 mile cross country followed immediatly by an assault course), Milling, Endurance March of 20 miles in 5 hours and the five mile 175 pound stretcher race. any comments/likes/subscribes are greatly appreciated :)
