In a normal year, the organization provides more than 100 paid opportunities for contract musicians and offers professional development and business services for arts entrepreneurs of all genres. As a board member of the local arts council, founder Karen Gordon worked alongside City leaders to ensure that displaced performing artists (gig workers) were eligible to receive relief funding.
