Hello everyone! With Fall just around the corner, I wanted to share this special video that was filmed as part of a series. I've removed it from that original series now and am, at last, sharing it with you as the first part of four videos all about painting plein air this fall. I know many of you, like myself, are anxious to get out there and paint those gorgeous colors. In this full length video I demonstrate: 1. How I approach a forest scene 2. Use neutrals to enhance brilliant colors 3. And work those reflections into the water. 4. Plus so much more about handling dimension, creating a focal point, and so on. I hope you enjoy it!
