New photos, witness statements and other details related to the search for Tyler Doyle have been released by the South Carolina Dept. of Natural Resources, obtained by ABC15 through a Freedom of Information Act request. Doyle is the 22-year-old duck hunter who has been missing since he reported his 17-foot Jon Boat began taking on water off the Little River Jetties on Thursday, January 26. Among the various new tidbits of information is the identity of the second person out hunting with Tyler Doyle that day: Christian Holden. Through call logs, 911 recordings, dispatch reports, GPS data and witness statements, officials concluded the evidence backs up Christian's account of what happened that day: he and Tyler were duck hunting near the jetties off the coast of Little River when Tyler let Christian off on the north jetty before heading back out to round up and place more duck decoys. When Tyler went around the south jetty, Christian lost sight of him but Tyler called and told him the boat's motor wouldn't stay running and that he was taking on water as the boat began to drift. https://wpde.com/news/local/tyler-doy...
