YouTube: / @cboothangcooks Ingredients: -2 cups all purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder -1 teaspoon sugar -1 teaspoon salt -1 cup cold dairy milk -1 stick salted butter (freeze it) Here are some tips so you can make the best biscuits! Use real dairy milk - don't skimp - it'll make them the creamiest and extra nutritious If you don't like salty/ savory biscuits, just use unsalted butter for this recipe Freeze your stick of butter 1-2 hours before you start the biscuits -Make sure you keep your dairy milk in the fridge or freezer while you are prepping the rest of the ingredients/ Do not leave it out on the counter -Be gentle with your dough, do not overmix it or smush it too hard/ flat -If you only have a cast-iron, add about a tablespoon of butter and put it in the oven to allow the butter to melt and then place your biscuits in the cast-iron and bake Bake 425 for 15 minutes!
