I hope you enjoy this video :) Follow me on Instagram / vijayaselvaraju Join my Facebook Public Page / vijaya-selvaraju-165728422976 RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1 Butterball Turkey 1 cup Plain Yogurt Juice of 2 Lemons 2 tbsp Vijaya's Garam Masala (See Video) 8 Cloves Garlic, finely grated 2 inches Ginger, finely grated 1 tbsp Dry Ginger Powder 1 tbsp Ground Red Chili 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1 tbsp Crushed Methi (Fenugreek) Leaves 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Powdered Red Food Colour (Optional) To create marinade, add all ingredients except turkey in a bowl. Stir to combine. Wearing gloves (to protect your fingers from the chilli), stuff this mixture under the skin of the turkey breast, legs, and thighs. Place in the fridge overnight to marinate. Preheat oven to 325 °F. Place turkey in a large roasting pan, about 2 inches deep, and roast until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165 °F in the breast and 180 °F in the thigh at its thickest point. You may lightly cover the breast with aluminum foil to prevent from over cooking and lift the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Remove from oven and rest for a minimum of 15-20 minutes to allow juices to redistribute before carving.
