Rule against Perpetuity | Section 14 of T P Act

This my attempt to provide video Lecture on this subject in simple and easy language. These lectures are useful to all law students, law practitioners, and all those who want to gain knowledge of law, property, property laws, transfer of property concept and Act, easement trust etc. this is also useful for competitive exams like UPSC, MPSC, JMFC and other exams also. The property laws are made to regulate different aspects of relation between property and holder of property. In this lecture the rule against perpetuity which prohibits transfer of property making property inalienable for indefinite period is discussed. Section 14 of T.P.
