This is a fan-made remix of the epic song by Killing Joke called "Love Like Blood" that was released in 1985 and reached number 16 in the UK charts. A listener called Irish Eyes suggested I do this track. To be fair, I had thought about doing it for a while, but did not have the courage to tackle it. Thanks to Irish Eyes, I took the plunge. I hope people enjoy this version - its not that different to the original. There is some serious jeopardy in tackling songs like "Love Like Blood" because they have been done so well in the first place and they are hard wired into people's brains. That said, I never do a remix to do it better and instead I do them to learn about the original song in terms of how its been arranged and how the song comes together. I am a big Killing Joke fan. I have a lot of their CDs and vinyl. They are one of those bands that have delivered throughout their career and have influenced many bands in the process (namely Metallica - who have covered "The Wait").
