30 min and you are on your way to get in a great shape. In this session we will alternative between puls and strength exercises and we are gonna work with a bit more light weights /DB than usually in HIRT session - to focus on speed as well. Make sure yo do different kinds of workouts - to stay motivated and keep your mind and body guessing. I work as a Physiotherapist and group instructor in my daily life and my aim is to give you good qualified workouts for you to do at home :-) Please be warmed up before you start this session. Timeframe is 1 min work - 15 sec rest - 3 rounds with 2 Blocks and 4 exercises in each block. Block 1: 1. Straight arm rhytme plank - hand to opposite shoulder 2. Jump squat w/DB in hands 3. Pushup renegade row w/ Triceps kick back in straight arm plank - w/DB 4. Box jogging on spot w/DB Block 2: 1. Sitting rotation boxing abs w/DB in hands 2. Jacks - move DB up in shoulder press up 3. Back ext with lift up DB from floor - DB in hands 4. Mountain climber - lift off DB from floor alt arm DISCLAIMER.
