Making VAPOR Shower Steamers | Easy DIY! Shower steamers are very similar to bath bombs or fizzies. They are used in place of bath bombs when A.) there's not time for a bath B.) you don't like baths C.) you don't have a bathtub. I'm making these today specifically for cold/flu season as I have a cold right now myself. This blend of oils will help to decongest your stuffy head. Here's what you'll need for about 16 (ice cube size) steamers: 1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid 1/2 cup corn starch 2-3 tblsp water 20-30 drops EACH of lavender, eucalyptus, and rosemary essential oils If you can't find citric acid near you, you can buy it here https://amzn.to/2RsGv5Y Other oil combinations- Energizing morning blend- orange+grapefruit+clary sage or thyme+lemongrass+spearmint Relaxing blends-lavender+frankincense+orange or bergamot+geranium+lavender There are many more combinations you can try through a little research.
