2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport 3 year review

Update: still going strong in 2024 w/ 75k Review of my Family's 2016 CX-5 Sport Edition with the 2.5L engine and automatic 6-speed transmission. This CX-5 has 40,096 on it and we have leased it for 3 years. My Pros and Cons: Pros: -Sporty, precise steering feel, -Excellent handling, especially at highway speeds, -Well built, -Good reliability, -Good safety ratings, -Bluetooth w/ voice controls Cons: -Noisy cabin with pronounced tire noise at highway speeds, the car does not "soak up the bumps" as well as I'd like it to. I'd say it has a somewhat rough ride. -Tan cloth seats stain very easily with water, making the interior look dirty. -Materials in the car are difficult to keep clean. The glossy black accent along the dashboard collects dust very easily. -Controls are convoluted: The infotainment system and control dial in the center console is cumbersome to use. There is also no way to fully turn the radio off (just a mute button). -Bluetooth does not always work properly (will disconnect at random times or will have static over the Bluetooth connection). -HVAC blower does not always shut all the way off.
