A Tokai SG and a Marshall amp along with a killer jamming track (available at www.patreon.com/danspage) is all you need for a great sound. The pickups have been replace with Seymour Duncan 59's and sound amazing. This guitar has superb sustain and play extremely well. I did an initial setup and lowered the action after a restring and fret polish, and in all honesty I havent stopped playing this guitar since it was given to me. Ive been teaching Monday to Friday and this has been my guitar of choice. It's comfortable to play and feels great with a killer sound too. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to a Gibson Guitar I would highly recommend checking out these guitar.
