Normal Labour or the Eutocia is the process of a series of events in which viable products of conception are expelled out from the uterus through the vagina. True labour pains appear when a woman is in the Labour process, the events are- Regular rhythmic uterine contractions at a regular interval. Intensity, frequency and duration of contractions gradually increase. Progressive dilatation and Effacement of the cervix. Formation of Bag of Forewater Appearance of Show Not relieved by enema and sedatives.
