Debut of my o-gauge layout (actual size 4'7"x8') that I have been building since January, 2020. It did not begin as a Covid project, but quickly became one. This is a video tour with no commentary so you can just experience the table as if you were here in person. If there is interest, I would like to create further videos with commentary explaining the creation and motivation of the table and the maintenance of the locomotives and rolling stock. There is still some work to be done on this table, but that is the joy of model railroading as the work is never truly done. My fleet does contain some weathered cars, but somehow I chose unmodified cars for this video unintentionally. Not only was this table a new endeavor, but the room itself began as a spare storage room with only stud walls and ceiling in January, 2020. I pan the room some to show that work over the last two years as well. This video is dedicated to the memory of Timothy Troutman. He was a good man who was always interested in seeing the latest updates from my table and who constantly encouraged me to make a video like this. I know he would have enjoyed it. I hope this video in some small way can encourage people to take up O-gauge model railroading. This table is not large by O-gauge standards, but has plenty of room for track, train, buildings and details. I hope you enjoy the tour! I welcome appropriate comments and will answer any questions as I am able.
