Hello ☺Thank you for watching my video. Today's recipe is for easy chocolate cookies made in the microwave. The key to a smooth cookie dough is to mix the eggs and sugar and let them blend together. If you do this, the cookie dough will be ready without separating. Chocolate chips can be wrapped and heated, but they can also be decorated at the end for a pretty finish. ▷Ingredients (for 6 cookies): 60 g unsalted butter 60 g sweet chocolate 1 whole egg 50 g cane sugar 120 g rice flour 15 g ground almonds and potato starch 10g sweet chocolate per piece ▷How to make: 1. Melt the unsalted butter and sweet chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. 2. Mix the whole egg and cane sugar together. 3. Thoroughly mix the butter from (1) with the egg from (2) until the mixture becomes thick. 4. Add the rice flour, ground almonds and potato starch, and mix thoroughly until the powdery texture is gone. (The potato starch tends to remain, so mix thoroughly.) 5. Divide the cookie dough into 60g portions, and if desired, wrap each portion in 10g of chocolate and roll out to about 7cm on the palm of your hand. Or, without wrapping the chocolate, use your fingers or a rolling pin to make an indentation in the center of the dough. 6. Place ⑤ on a cooking sheet cut into 10 cm squares and heat in a microwave oven at 500 W for 1 minute. If the surface is dry, it is OK. If baking in the oven, preheat oven to 160℃ and bake for 10 to 13 minutes. 7. Place melted chocolate on the cookies with the center indented.
