SM Seaside Arena's construction began in 2021 and is expected to be completed by 2025. 🔹 Fun Facts and Trivia: Did you know the arena was initially proposed in 2013 but faced several delays before construction resumed in 2019? It’s part of a larger mixed-use development co-owned by SM Prime Holdings and Ayala Land. 🔹 South Coast City Overview: Explore the dynamic South Coast City, a mixed-use development featuring commercial spaces, residential areas, and recreational facilities. 🔹 Historical Significance: South Coast City is built on the site where the Thanksgiving Mass for the canonization of San Pedro Calungsod was held. ❓If you're wondering how the huge flock of people will be moved in and out of South Road Properties in the future when events start to be held at SM Seaside Arena: ✅The Cebu Bus Rapid Transit Terminal will be built soon right at the back of the SM Seaside Complex.
