This video will show you how to clean the oysters. ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蠔仔肉碎豆腐湯 材料: 蠔仔半斤 豆腐一盒 免治豬肉4兩 芫荽3棵 薑一小舊 處理: 1. 蠔仔,放碗內,加入生粉一茶匙,輕手撈勻,清水沖洗乾淨,撈起,清水沖洗幾次,直至完全乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 豆腐,切細粒,放碗內。 3. 豬肉調味: a. 生粉一茶匙 b.油一茶匙 c. 生抽一茶匙 d. 胡椒粉適量 e.糖一茶匙 撈勻。 4. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨。 5. 芫荽,切出根部,清水洗乾淨,尾段,清水洗乾淨。 6. 薑,切薄片,輕手拍鬆。 7. 芫荽,尾段,一半切碎。 烹調: 1. 白鑊,大火。 2. 在鑊內,加入芫荽根部及薑片,爆香。 3. 加入豬肉,轉中慢火,煎透,反轉肉餅。 4. 加入清水800毫升,大火滾起。 5. 另一邊,大火在煲內煲滾清水800毫升。 6. 湯已滾起,取出薑片及芫荽。 7. 加入豆腐在湯內。 8. 烹調(4)的清水已煲滾,加入蠔仔,攪勻,冚蓋,熄火。 9. 湯又再大滾起,加入一半的芫荽,加入少許鹽及糖半茶匙,大火滾起。 10. 湯已煮好,倒入大碗內。 11. 蠔仔,擎乾水,放入湯內。 12. 灑上芫荽碎。 13. 完成,可享用。 Minced pork soup with tofu and baby oysters Ingredients: Baby oysters 0.5 catty Tofu 1 box Minced pork meat 4 taels Coriander 3 Nos. Fry well. Flip it over. 4. Add in 800ml of water. Heat up at high flame. 5. On the other side, heat up 800ml of water at high flame in a pot. 6. Soup boils up, take out the ginger and coriander. 7. Add in tofu in the soup. Turn on high flame 8. Water in Preparation (4) has been boiled up, add in the oysters, stir well. Cover up the pot. Turn off fire. 9. Soup boils up again, add in half of the coriander. Add in little salt and 0.5 tsp of sugar. Heat up at high flame. 10. Soup has been boiled well, pour into a big bowl. 11. The oysters, get them drained, put in the soup. 12. Put coriander cubes on top. 13. Complete. Serve.
