I decided to bypass uploading this chronologically because I could not wait. For the evening tornado drill, I and associates went to Rio to record their previously undocumented 1003. Back in 2019, I and a couple others left an audio recorder in Rio to see if this was active, and it did not do anything. In 2021(?) a radio was installed, and somehow no one went out to record this, myself included, until last Thursday. So here it is for all of you to see.
