Exploring the beauty of Bordeaux

Whilst on our winter van trip we have been lucky enough to spend time exploring France and Spain We wanted to explore the City of ‪@BordeauxLife‬ and the gems within the city We were blessed with the weather, we stayed at a campsite https://www.camping-beausoleil-gradig... Or email Maite :campingbeausoleil@wanadoo.fr , we ended up staying for two nights , clean tidy, shower blocks , Laundrette good sized pitches and very friendly hosts, who advised us how to get bus into City. She also gave us a map of the city . You can purchase travel permits from the host, there is a shop close by along with several restaurants . We got the bus then got a tram into Hotel De Ville which is a beautiful square where we saw the cathedral, from there we picked all the monuments and churches we wanted to visit and just followed the map. Very easy to commute around the city if you don’t want to walk you can use the trams and hop on and off. We walked the old town and we even visited the local park which was beautiful well kept and calming. Bordeaux did not disappoint at all so many wonderful things to see , easy to navigate around and one we would definitely recommend.
