(10/31/2025) This is quite an interesting LULA. Never thought I would have the audacity to say that but it’s true. This is an Access Flexi-Lift LULA from 1999. I can’t believe this thing survived from being replaced since LULA elevators get replaced every couple years or so because of their cheap quality and use case. It’s interesting seeing the European Fermator door operator being used in North America. I have seen Fermator door operators being used in Sweden. This elevator has center opening two speed doors which is quite unusual for a regular elevator but not unusual for a LULA. It also features older Innovation Decorator fixtures with the metal contacts.
