Use this three part model to begin to both understand and then change your behaviour when triggered

This talk is an excerpt from a series of six classes named Exploring Shame and managing triggers. Relative to managing triggers, within this talk I explain a three part model that you may find useful in understanding your own behaviour in response to negative emotions you may experience in your life when you hit triggers that relate to your story.
