Do dogs miss their owners? Our golden retriever puppy Wrangler was left with daddy for a week while mom went out of town. He was so anxious when we brought the suitcases out and we set up his play pen. He knew something was happening, but he probably never imagined that it meant that he would be in a play pen all day instead of roaming around. Within the first few hours, he managed to knock the pen over and trap himself in the corner. Luckily Daddy came to the rescue midmorning and was able to secure the pen so it couldn't fall again.
