NORWOOD, Ohio (Deb Dixon) -- One of three men suspected in the murder of a woman in Norwood and the shooting of her boyfriend, is locked up on five million dollars bond. Jaleel Smith-Riley is charged with the murder of Porshia Brooks. Porshia and Aron Martin were sitting in her car in front of his home on Carthage Ave. two years ago when three men approached them. One of them had a gun and tapped on the passenger-side window. Aron got out of the car but didn't have any money. Police said Jaleel Smith-Riley shot Aron and Porshia. Aron survived. Investigators say a second suspect is in jail in northern Ohio and the third suspect is dead. Brooks' family, including her mother Sharon, is pleased with the arrest but it dredges up old emotions. "I'm so overwhelmed with emotions from being happy that I saw him in handcuffs and he just faced a judge but at the same time I go back to November 16th see what he did and it's just heart wrenching. It brings it back to his moment, it feels like it just happened." The grand jury report could come back on the second anniversary of Porshia's death.
